Refund policy

Refunds/Exchanges:

At this time we only accept exchanges for equal or greater value within 5 days of the delivered date. No returns. There is a 20$ re-stocking fee on all exchanges (per order). Discounts and promos do not apply. We understand that it is difficult to buy jewelry online and want to do our best to help you find the perfect piece of jewelry. We will work until you are 100% satisfied. Please contact us: jacojedesigns@gmail.com to initiate an exchange. Generally exchanges take 7-10 business days after your package has arrived to our parcel to be sent back out. Exchanges must include your order number, shipping address and exchange instructions.
