    Please reach out to: jacojedesigns@gmail.com. At this time we only accept exchanges for equal or greater value within 5 days of the delivered date. No discounts are accepted for exchanges. Only one exchange per order. Any item that is altered in any way or engraved is ineligible for an exchange. No returns. There is a 20$ re-stocking fee on all exchanges (per item). We understand that it is difficult to buy jewelry online and want to do our best to help you find the perfect piece of jewelry. We will work until you are 100% satisfied. Generally exchanges take 7-10 business days after your package has arrived to our parcel to be sent back out. Exchanges must include your order number, shipping address and exchange instructions.
