    JACOJE uses FedEx for all shipments (excludes PO Boxes). Default shipping is FedEx 2DAY Express. This is a 2DAY Express shipment (excludes weekends). General fulfillment time is 2-3 business days for chains and bracelets. Pendant and ring orders may take up to four weeks to manufacture and fulfill. Please check the product description for more accurate fulfillment time. Please allow up to 3-4 business days upon order for your FedEx package to arrive.  Reach out to us via email: jacojedesigns@gmail.com to check on item availability or any order updates. All FedEx deliveries require a direct signature. At this time, there is no FedEx location "holds" or any alteration to the shipment. You will be denied any requests to do so by FedEx. Packages will need to delivery to the confirmed shipping address or Paypal address.

    For International Orders:

    Taxes and Duties will be charged to the customer. FedEx will reach out to you once your item has arrived to your country with the Taxes and Duties charge. The bill must be paid before the item can be delivered.
